Our group fitness classes are instructor led, fun & varied with Metafit, Boxercise, Spin, Pilates, Yoga, Zumba & more to choose from. FIT IN 30 is definitely a step in the right direction if you’re short on time & need your fix of high intensity interval training (HIIT).
